€4,000 and €6,000 are TAKO commissions, paid by us in 14 days. €240,000, €1,600/yr, and €144,000/yr are revenue and renewals on your contracts with the customer, TAKO does not touch them. Maintenance is currently optional with a ~80 % renewal target. Services renewal is an estimate based on industry benchmarks for B2B services agencies.

FAQ

The honest answers.

Is the commission really one-time? No recurring?

Correct. TAKO is sold once, customers own the software outright, no SaaS subscription. The licence commission is one-time per customer (€500 referral, plus €750 onboarding for Agency Partners = €1,250 total). Agency Partners additionally earn 20 % of optional maintenance renewals (€200/year/customer they onboarded), and keep 100 % of their own services contracts with the customer.

Why one-time and not recurring?

Because TAKO does not earn recurring revenue from the licence. We refuse to promise partners money we do not earn. The €1,250 upfront is generous (25 % of customer revenue) and you are paid in 14 days regardless of whether the customer churns from anything else they use. The recurring upside lives on the partner's own services SOWs, which we do not touch.

What counts as a qualified referral?

Any signup via your link that completes a paid invoice (€5,000 one-time, 12-month, or 24-month plan). We do not pay on free trials.

What if my customer is already in TAKO?

If they have an active account or a sales conversation underway, attribution does not apply. New signups only.

What does an Agency Partner actually have to do?

Deliver the customer onboarding using the published playbook. We provide the deck, the success criteria, and the technical migration toolkit. You handle the customer-facing project management. Typical onboarding: 14 days, 2 calls per week.

What is the Founder Tier?

The first 10 Agency Partners get a TAKO licence free, conditional on delivering 3 customer onboardings within 90 days of signing. If you do not hit 3 onboardings in 90 days, the standard €5,000 licence fee applies retroactively. Spots are public (currently 8 of 10 remaining) and close once filled.

What if a customer churns?

Commissions paid before the moment of churn are yours. We do not claw back. If a customer cancels within 60 days from a refund request, we do reverse the commission, that is the only claw-back trigger.

Can I be a partner if I sell HubSpot or Pipedrive too?

Yes. No exclusivity. We expect partners to recommend TAKO when it is the right fit and HubSpot or Pipedrive when they are not.

What products are coming after the CRM?

We are building toward an ERP extension, a Finance Agent, an HR Agent, and more. Founding partners get first access to each new product and the same wedge-plus-services economics on every introduction. The customer who buys TAKO today is the customer who buys our next product through you.
